The hair is good, really soft and bouncy!! I did cowash the wig and it look extra pretty when wet but the curl turned out more wavy, I curled the hair by the flexirods the vendor shipped to me as gfit at night and it looks perfect in the morning! Overall. i do recommend this FULL CURLY WIG,

customer service could be better, updating the tracking on the hair etc needs to be accurate, the overall experience was not to good for me but when the hair finally came it was pretty.
