1. Exchange & Refund Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer returns and free exchanges for items that are unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and that are postmarked within 30 days.

Note :

1. Custom-made orders can not be exchanged or returned.
   
2. Please keep the units brand new.
   
3. Any returns for buyer issues can’t receive a full refund. $20 will be deducted as the shipping fees we paid the express company. Hope you can understand.
